Viniyoga For Beginners

Viniyoga is a centering, satisfying and beautiful style of yoga that builds strength, encourages circulation and links breath to movement. The experience of a viniyoga class aims to bring a sense of calm concentration, groundedness and body/mind/breath awareness. Come just as you are: frazzled or harried; jubilant and jovial—no need to be afraid of this very friendly, dependable and adaptable form of yoga.

Vinyasa/Power Flow Yoga
Wednesdays beginning Jan. 6th - 7:15 to 8:30 PM
Join us for a 75-minute flow-based class that emphasizes the coordination of breath and movement through dynamically-sequenced poses. Beginner/intermediate with some advanced options (arm balances, inversions, etc.) for those who want to expand their practice. Each class incorporates stretching, strengthening, balancing, cardiovascular, and relaxation elements, as well as some pranayama (breathing techniques) and short meditation.
