Many of our LMP's offer other styles beyond the popular modalities featured on the New Seattle Massage practitioner pages.

My goal in working with people is to help them relax and relieve pain. It's really important to me to pay attention to what each person wants in a particular session and to tailor the massage to meet those expectations. For pain relief, I find and release the underlying tissues that are the cause. With my extensive training, I've never encountered a client I couldn't help. Those who need strong hands to work their muscles will find my work very effective. Although I tend to work to a deep level, my refined sense of touch assures one a comfortable session.

Along with deep tissue and other styles of traditional massage, I offer a variety of energy techniques, some which require deep penetration into the muscle and others which are very light. These techniques get the energy in the body flowing, create a deeper sense of relaxation and are another avenue for relieving pain. With energy work as part of the session, clients often express feeling more of a sense of peace and connection to their heart beyond what massage can provide.

I can offer many suggestions, such as particular stretches, for anyone who is looking for ways to relieve pain or maintain healthy muscle tissue outside the session. I really enjoy working with people on a variety of issues that are affecting them.
