Many of our LMP's offer other styles beyond the popular modalities featured on the New Seattle Massage practitioner pages.

My passion for practicing Swedish massage and deep tissue originated during my study of the human mind and body at Bastyr University and the Brenneke School of Massage. I became intrigued with the strength and delicacies that co-exist in a single muscle and how each works to move our body in harmony. The more I learned about injury and health, the more I came to realize how our musculature is so closely related to our mind. The connection between the two is integral to our overall wellbeing. Either system being thrown off, through injury, depression, chronic or acute illness or pain, can prove to be very frustrating.

I tailor my massage techniques to best meet your needs on a given day and provide you with general relaxation and/or relief from any physical or emotional blockages you may be experiencing. My goal is to restore balance and physical ease. Every person is different and thus every massage is different. I will be present, compassionate and attentive to what you and your body need out of your massage.
