I enjoy the collaborative nature of massage work that keeps my ears tuned into your initial requests and ongoing comments and my hands tuned into your body’s feedback to the massage. My approach blends Deep Tissue, acupressure, energy work, breathwork and Swedish massage techniques. I allow your body and words to guide me, in providing you increased freedom from new and long-standing muscular restrictions and a deeper sense of body awareness and whole-body relaxation.
