Hi and thank you for your inquiry.

I have been an LMP since 2007. I graduated from Cortiva Institute Brian Utting School of massage. Being a creative artistic person with the passion and desire to help, I have developed an eclectic style that pulls from many different types of massage. I have training in deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, myofascial release and muscle energy techniques. Through intuition and palpation I am able to locate trigger points and other areas in the body that would benefit from different techniques. This is your time so I talk with you to discover your interest and activities so I am better able to assist you in achieving improved mobilization, revitalization and to provide a sense of well being.
